This policy explains how refunds are handled for UrbanNivaas™ services.
Monthly management fees are charged for services rendered. If you cancel mid-cycle, fees already incurred for completed work are non-refundable.
One-time add-on services may be refunded if cancelled before work has commenced. Once a service is in progress, charges for completed work apply.
To request a refund, email info@urbannivaas.com with your invoice details. We review requests within 7 business days.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
