UrbanNivaas provides property management, inspection and related services as described in the relevant plan or agreement.
Approvals & Expenses
Major expenses require your prior approval. We act on your behalf only within the scope you authorise.
Fees
Service fees are as stated in your chosen plan or quote. Add-on services are billed as agreed.
Liability
We carry out our duties with due care but are not liable for damages beyond our reasonable control or for pre-existing property conditions.
Termination
Either party may terminate services with reasonable notice as set out in the service agreement.
